Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the UE are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means that you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.
Can I return an item?
We are convinced that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return a product for a refund, we are here to assist you.
Before returning your item, a curly hair specialist will ask for more detailed feedback to understand why you didn't like it and will ask you a few clarifications before giving you some specific tips to your curl pattern so you can try them out again and improve your experience and results. In most cases, together we can solve this in a better way, which is you falling in love with our products.
But don't worry, If after tips you are still unsatisfied with your purchase and don't like it, we'll refund your money.
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Promise applies to all orders. If you don't love your item within 30 days of receiving it, we'll generate a free return label and you simply return it and we will grant you a parcial refund, excluding freight, and no more questions asked.

If an item is damaged during transit, please send us an email at [email protected] along with photos of the items and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I return a product?
The itens must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Simply email your order number confirmation to [email protected] The following steps will be communicated to you.
After your returned item is received, the item value will be refunded to your original method of payment, and you will be notified via email. Please keep in mind that any original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What happens if I don't make a delivery?
If you miss the delivery, the courier will leave you a card and will try to deliver the next working day up to three times. For products returned to us by the courier as a consequence of non-delivery owing to failure to collect/receive the parcel or an inaccurate delivery address, it can take up to 3 weeks for the courier to return the parcel to us. Upon received, the goods will be refunded minus the cost of delivery. It can also be re-shipped for an extra delivery fee.
