1- What happens when the client accesses my link but finish to purchase from another one?

Our affiliate system keeps the cookies, so, it keeps the navigation data.

When a client accesses your store, within 30 days the system will understand that is an internet traffic generated from you, so the commission will be yours.

2- How do I check my sales?

Log in on the website and access - MY ACCOUNT - PANEL - AFFILIATE.

It will open a new tab where you can control all the details from your store, including orders, sales and commissions.

3- After how long I'm able to check my sales?

You will be able to check each sale after the payment confirmation and the tracking code generated.

4- How do I change the name of my store?

Log in and access the Affiliate Panel. On the top of the menu click on - Affiliate Tools- Affiliate Link. It will appear your store exclusive link.

Once more on the top menu, click on - Profile - Basic Details.

On this form able the option: "Change Your Store Name Affiliate".

A new box will appear so you can type the new store name. Click on save and the new name will be already available.

5- I can't access my panel, what should I do?

1) Be sure you are using the correct email.

2) Click on "I forgot my password" if needed.

6- What's the difference between a resale person and being an affiliate?

The No Frizz resales people buy our products and sell it. The person who chooses to resell will be responsible for all the process, including marketing, shipping, customer service and after sales.

On the other hand, affiliates once registered receive an exclusive link, advertise our products and earn commission for each cart sold, with no investment needed.

7- I'm under 18, can I be an affiliate?

Yes, you can be an affiliate even under 18. But the payment processes will be a little bit different. Your commission will be send to a legal responsible person (over 18 years old) bank account.
