Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange

As merchandise can be bartered for a period of Até 7 (seven) days after or receiving the same day. A subject change will be made or product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The return freight for the truck will be paid by the customer, since there has been no error from FronhasAntifrizz.
A request for a truck must be made by e-mail: info@soulta.beauty, always informing:

  • Fiscal note number;
  • Or product to be swapped; 
  • Or reason for requesting a truck. 

Return (order cancellation)

As merchandise may be returned immediately from até 7 (seven) days.
A refund request must be made by e-mail: info@soulta.beauty, always informing:

  • Fiscal note number;
  • Or product to be swapped; 
  • Or reason for requesting a return.

Freight Collection

Customer Responsibility:

  • No case of refund and / or cancellation requested at the initiative of the client and for a reason that justifies the situation, the costs of the frete will be of the same responsibility.
