PORTUGAL

FREE shipping if you spend €30 or more.

Depending on your location, delivery may take 1 to 3 business days from order processing. If you place your order after 12pm, it will be processed within the next 2 working days.

EUROPE

FREE Shipping on expenses exceeding €65.

Depending on your location, delivery may take 5 to 10 business days from order processing. If you place your order after 12pm, it will be processed within the next 2 working days.

OTHER COUNTRIES

FREE Shipping if you spend €99 or more.

Depending on your location, delivery may take 7 to 15 business days from order processing. If you place your order after 12pm, it will be processed within the next 2 working days.

Orders shipped to countries outside the EU are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. DDU (delivery charge unpaid) means you may be responsible for paying local sales taxes and customs duties upon the arrival of our order. In this case, you will need to pay these costs to clear your order from customs before it is delivered to you.

Can I return an item?

We're convinced you'll be satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return a product for a refund, we're here to help.

Before returning your item, a curly hair expert will ask for more detailed feedback to understand why you didn't like it and ask for some clarification before giving you some specific tips about your curl pattern so you can try it again and improve your experience and results. In most cases, together we can resolve this in the best way, which is for you to fall in love with our products.

But don't worry, if after the tips you are still unsatisfied with your purchase and don't like it, we will refund your money.

Our 30-day satisfaction promise applies to all orders. If you don't like your item within 30 days of receiving it, we will generate a free return label and you simply return it and we will give you a partial refund, excluding shipping, and no further questions asked.

We are confident in the effects of our products and stand behind them - and we want you to be delighted.

If an item is damaged in transit, please email us at hello@soulta.beauty along with photos of the items and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Simply send an email confirming your order number to hello@soulta.beauty. The following steps will be communicated to you.

Once the returned item is received, the value of the item will be refunded to your original payment method and you will be notified via email. Please remember that any original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What happens if I don't make a delivery?

If you miss it delivery, the courier will leave a card and attempt delivery on the next working day up to three times. For products returned by post as a result of non-delivery due to failure to collect/receive the order or incorrect delivery address, it may take up to 3 weeks for the post office to return the order to us. Upon receipt, the merchandise will be refunded minus the delivery cost. It can also be resent for an extra delivery fee.
